Our Story
WTRR is a privately owned company founded in 2007. Our customers include local farmers, contractors, solar farms, large wind farm construction companies, and cement companies that partner with us on projects across Texas to provide them with high-quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strict quality control standards for every job we do!
Our subsidiary, West Texas Rumble Strip was started in 2004, when Randall Smith used the shell of an old cotton stripper to create a rumble strip machine. The resulting product was so successful that it has since completed projects all over Texas – Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Kansas too!
